JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, D.C. –
The Defense Intelligence Agency will hold a presolicitation conference for the Solutions Information Technology Enterprise III, also known as SITE III, contract vehicle at its campus in Reston, Virginia, Feb. 22.
The conference will provide information to industry concerning the SITE III Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle. DIA will solicit for industry feedback.
The IDIQ contract will establish the framework to deliver the full scope of information technology services and capabilities to support intelligence needs for DIA.
The SITE III contract is the third in a series of DIA information technology enterprise IDIQ vehicles intended to bring acquisition excellence to DIA. SITE III is a follow-on to the existing Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise contract, or E-SITE, which will expire in December 2020.
SITE III will help standardize acquisition documentation, provide better contract reporting, improve contracting performance and make overall processes more efficient. The contract will have a combined ceiling of $12.6 billion over 10 years. DIA, under the SITE III contract, intends to make multiple awards to both large and small businesses.
DIA plans to release a draft solicitation for review no later than Feb. 14 and anticipates the publication of the SITE III request for proposals in March 2020.
