Army Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn Army completes his tour as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Aug. 7 and will retire from active duty in a ceremony at DIA Headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will preside. The ceremony commences at 10 a.m.
