By DIA Public Affairs

Defense Intelligence Agency Director Lt. Gen. Vincent Stewart will provide a keynote address June 7 at the 2017 GEOINT Conference in San Antonio, Tx.

In keeping with the conference theme of ‘Advancing Capabilities to Meet Emerging Threats’, Lt. Gen. Stewart will discuss the challenges and opportunities of collecting an ever-increasing amount of data, analyzing that data using both human and artificial intelligence analytical tools, and disseminating that analysis at the speed of electrons. His speech is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.

In addition to Lt. Gen. Stewart’s keynote speech, visitors can interact with DIA officials throughout the conference at DIA’s multimedia information booth. Officers from the Defense Intelligence Agency will be available to speak about DIA initiatives and DoD Intelligence at booth 559 in the government section.

The DIA information booth will be manned throughout the conference, providing an overview of DIA roles and mission as well as career information to potential intelligence professionals in the Department of Defense.
