DIA Director Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn spoke before the House Armed Services Committee, Sub-Committee on Intelligence, Emerging Threats and Capabilities. He joined Dr. Michael G. Vickers, Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, Ms. Letitia A. Long, Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and Mr. Richard H. Ledgett, Jr., Deputy Director of the National Security Agency.
