WASHINGTON –
The Department of Defense announced yesterday that Air Force Command Chief Master Sgt. Benjamin J. Higginbotham will replace Master Gunnery Sgt. Scott H. Stalker as the next command senior enlisted leader for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Higginbotham currently serves as the command senior enlisted leader for Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
A native of Clint, Texas, Higginbotham enlisted in the Air Force in November 1995 and has over 10 years of joint military experience including assignments in Air Force Special Operations Command, Air Combatant Command, Department of Defense, and Air Force Space Command. He has deployed in support of eleven different major operations and prior to his current assignment, he served as the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing located at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.
A change of responsibility for Stalker and Higginbotham is scheduled for early February.
