Pay it forward, donate blood

Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling — In a time of social distancing and self-isolation, some may wonder how they can still help others affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. For Sgt. First Class Matthew Brueggeman, a member of the Office of the Chaplain at the Defense Intelligence Agency, the answer is through blood donations. Although, technically, he doesn’t donate blood.
