What the average person doesn't know about the Defense Intelligence Agency, senior defense and national security professionals share as part of a new video series profiling individual customer experiences. The series offers perspective on the agency's diverse mission, broad base of expertise and relevance to current operations.

From headquarters in Washington, D.C. to field locations around the world alongside partners, allies and America's service members, DIA operates in more than 260 locations. Following eleven years of continuous conflict, the agency is changing to meet the conditions and requirements of a nation facing "a massive strategic transition."

In the first installment of "Voice of the Customer," NATO Supreme Allied Commander and Commander of U.S. European Command Admiral James Stavridis talks about partnership, intelligence fusion, on-site and reachback support. Next week, former Deputy Secretary of State and the first Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte talks about the value of DIA support, defense attachés, post-war focus and the value of language and area expertise.
