1. This DIA-sponsored site is provided as a public service by the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The Defense Intelligence Agency makes no attempt to identify individual users or their usage habits unless authorized by a law enforcement investigation. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration General Schedule This government computer system uses statistical information to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. All data collection activities are in strict accordance with DoD Directive 5240.1



6. Additionally, this system and related software and equipment are intended solely for the communication, transmission, processing, and storage of U.S. Government information. For site security purposes and to ensure that this Web site remains available to all users, the Defense Intelligence Agency monitors network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or to otherwise cause damage to the site.



7. Anyone using this Web site expressly consents to such monitoring. Any attempt to upload or change information on this service without authorization or to download and copy with the intent to defraud is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized attempts to modify any information stored on this system, to defeat or circumvent security features, or to utilize this system for other than its intended purposes will be reported to the proper authorities and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
