BM-27 MULTIPLE ROCKET LAUNCHER, Edward L. Cooper, 1986.  The 16-tube, 220-mm BM-27 multiple rocket launcher is capable of firing high-explosive conventional rounds, 
scattering mines, and delivering chemical warheads to targets over 20 miles away.  The Russians used it to provide long-range fire support in Afghanistan and Chechnya.  It is in service
