SS-N-21, Eward L. Cooper.  The SS-N-21 “Sampson” is a submarine-launched, land attack cruise missile that is the equivalent of the US Tomahawk.  As part of the Strategic Arms Reduction 
Treaty 2 (START 2), Russia removed its nuclear-armed versions of the SS-N-21 in 1992 and modified a number of them with high explosive warheads.  These missiles are still in service today
