Contracting

DIA's Business Professionals are responsible for challenging barriers and promoting full and open competition in the acquisition of supplies and services. They also participate in the development of the agency's acquisition policy, and review and contribute to the development of individual acquisition plans for competitive contracting to ensure transactions expending public funds are accomplished as authorized by statute or regulation.
